 In accordance with governmental guidelines, some of our services are not available

(such as porterage service, BBQs, Beach parties),

some of our facilities are closed (such as Beach Volley court, sauna and steam room, Mini Club),

and others have been adjusted accordingly. (Check in and Check out times, Gym, restaurant buffets, beach towel service  etc)

 

Arrival - Departure

  • Intensive staff training on PPE use, frequent deep sanitation and change of PPE
  • Hands-free sanitization stations located at the reception area for the guest use.

Departure

  • Advanced check out is available to guests
  • Designated capacity to maintain social distancing in the event of overcrowding
  • Clearly displayed safety signage for social distancing for safe departure
  • Hands-free sanitization stations located at the reception area for the guest use.
  • PPE – such as masks and gloves – available for the guests upon request.

Guest room cleaning and disinfection

  • Use of industry-leading cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean guest rooms.
  • Each room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected  upon every room change.
  • Deep cleaning of high contact areas such as door handles, switches, furniture, bathroom fittings
  • Room accessories fully sanitized.

 

A/C cleaning & disinfection

  • Air quality testing carried out in rooms.
  • Air ducts, filters and grills disinfected upon every room change
  • The usage of A/C within rooms at guests’ discretion

 

Room Maintenance

  • Any maintenance required in guest rooms will be done ONLY when the guests are not present in the room.
  • Each team member will wear personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Working areas will be disinfected before and after the work is carried out.

 

Personal safety

  • Personal protective equipment (gloves and masks) is provided to all guests upon request.

 

Restaurants and Bars

  • Mandatory mask and gloves (provided) for Buffets (according to State Covid Regulations)

Entertainment

  • Live music entertainment temporary unavailable (according to State Covid Regulations)

  • Rapid antigen testing performed periodically for all employees

 

Disinfection of in-resort spaces

  • All indoor spaces thoroughly cleaned and disinfected

 

Elevators safety guidelines

  • Maximum 2 guests permitted in elevators or a family consisting of 2 adults and children
  • Buttons inside and outside the elevators sanitized every 2 hours
  • Hand sanitizers available outside elevators

 

Stringent water testing

  • Testing of common area water samples on a monthly basis by a professional partner to ensure strictest hygiene standards are maintained.

 

Compliance with Health Authorities guidelines

  • Compliance with WHO and Government Health Authorities protocols

 

Disinfection of all surfaces

  • All surfaces thoroughly disinfected on a regular basis
  • Metallic surfaces and items – such as door handles, keys and security locks – disinfected with 70% alcohol, where bleach is not appropriate.
